We want you to love your Develo Paw experience! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility:

   • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
   • Clearance or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

   • Email us at developaw1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
   • We'll provide a prepaid return label for qualifying returns.

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
